Lung and tree transformation
2021
Plywood, steel, wax
Duality (2021) presents a sculptural interpretation of human lungs suspended from twisted metal bronchial forms. The asymmetry is striking: one lung remains stark and untouched, while the other bears the scar of a deep, bleeding red void—an internal trauma made visible. Together, they form a poetic representation of life’s constant negotiation between vitality and vulnerability.

Wheel
2022
Glass
Inspired by Marcel Duchamp’s Bicycle Wheel, this piece reinterprets the iconic readymade through the fragile medium of glass. By transforming a utilitarian object into something delicate and breakable, the work deepens the disassociation from function and challenges our understanding of material, value, and permanence. It is both a homage to Duchamp and a critique of contemporary art production and its reliance on reproduction and symbolism.
